Something not working, or a question? Write to jlq.software@gmail.com and I will get back to you. For a bug, it helps a lot to know your iPhone or iPad model, the iOS version and the build number (Settings → Version).
No. All progress lives only on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes it completely. There is no cloud backup and no user account, so it cannot be recovered. That is the trade-off for collecting no data at all.
Yes. In Settings you can create up to 10 profiles, each with its own name, avatar and separate progress.
Adventure levels open in order: you clear one to reach the next. If you want to practise without progressing, use Practice mode and pick any table.
If you had a streak shield saved, it is used automatically and you lose nothing. Shields are earned by completing seven days in a row, and you can hold up to two.
With the "No ads" purchase: a one-time payment that removes advertising for good. You will find it under the "No ads" button on the home screen and in Settings → Ads. The full game stays free; the purchase unlocks nothing else. If you change device, use "Restore purchases" with the same Apple ID.
Yes. The app is flagged as directed to children: ads are always non-personalized and rated for all audiences, and they only appear between games, never during a level. Rewarded ads (coins or a power-up) are voluntary: you only see them if you tap the button.
Check that you are signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with and use "Restore purchases" under Settings → Ads. If they persist, write to me.
Settings → Language lets you pick Spanish, English or follow the system language. The change takes effect when you reopen the app.
Leaderboards come from Game Center: you need to be signed in under iOS Settings → Game Center. Adventure and Practice do not submit scores by design; Classic, Sprint and the Daily Challenge do.
Settings → "Watch the tutorials again". The demos will show up again the next time each mechanic appears.
No. The whole game works offline. Data is only needed for Game Center leaderboards and, in the free version, for ads.
Yes, it is rated 4+ and collects no personal data. The free version shows non-personalized, child-appropriate ads; the "No ads" purchase removes them. You can review what data is processed in the privacy policy.
